Discount Marine Supplies.com is an internet retailer based in Pennsylvania. We accept orders via our website and then distribute those orders to one or more of our 14 regional warehouses located throughout the United States. We are a privately owned and operated company which shares no affilition with any other retailer, manufacturer or distributor of marine products. We have over 20 years experience in the marine industry and have been operating a successful internet retail business for over 10 years. We have long established business relationships with most major manufacturers and distributors which allow us to offer very low pricing and efficient order processing.
 
Our Business Model:

Our primary goal is to keep our overhead as low as possible while offering our customers low pricing and a large selection of products. We currently list approximately 20,000 products on our website. Most of these products are stocked in each of our warehouses. All of our sales and service is electronic. In other words everything is handled via our website, our email or our live chat help. We do not process orders via telephone or handle service issues via telephone as a method of keeping our costs (and prices) down. We will respond to your email or question as soon as possible. Often times during regular business hours within minutes. After hours or on weekdends you will receive a reply as soon as our offices reopen for business.
 
Your Personal Information:

We will never share or distribute your personal information to anybody under any circumstances. All of the information you provide to us remains privately held and secure in our files. We DO NOT have access to your personal payment (credit card or banking) information at any time. All of our payments are processed through a direct link from our website to our payment processors which are Paypal, Google Checkout and Amazon Checkout. Your vital payment information is NEVER at any point entered onto our website and furthermore at no point in time can we view your credit card numbers or vital information. All we receive is a message of "authorized" or "declined", thus we never at any point have access to anything other than your name, address, phone number, email address and the items you are ordering.  There is no possible way for our site to be more secure in terms of your vital information. It is never entered onto our website and it is never in our possession at any time.

Our Shipping Policy:

We offer a variety of shipping methods on our website to give our customers a complete set of options in terms of the cost of shipment and speed of delivery. If your order is 12 ounces and under you can select First Class Mail at a very, very low rate. Typically between $2.99 and $4.00. Our other options for U.S. deliveries are Priority Mail, UPS Ground and a full range of UPS Air Services. We discount all shipping methods as low as we can, rarely will our shipping costs be equal or even higher than the actual transit costs we pay to have the order delivered to you.

Our Shipping Guarantee:

With 14 warehouses your order typically can be delivered via UPS Ground within 1-3 days to any location within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaksa). We offer a 3 business day guarantee on any order in which UPS Ground is selected as the shipping method. Sales Tax:

We are only required to charge sales tax for orders shipping to Pennsylvania. All other 49 states are tax exempt.
