Bowl is reusable. Spin the used element from the head with the bowl attached.
Remove the bowl from the used element and spin onto the new element. Gaskets are
inluded with new elements.
With filters for most applications, inboard power boats should use units
equipped with metal bowls. Outboards may use either see-thru blue bowls or metal
bowls. Stock engines can use units with a flow rate of 60 GPH. High performance
engines or severe service applications should specify units with a flow rate of
90 GPH. All units must be installed on the vacuum or suction side of the fuel
