outboards up to 150HP. Compact form and affordable price make it an ideal
upgrade for mechanically steered boats up to 150 total HP.
Applications
BayStar is for single-outboard powered boats rated up to 150 HP, including
runabouts and inflatable — and outboard engines with ABYC standard engine tilt
tubes up to 150 HP (total). For single station, single engine use
only. BayStar is not intended for high speed, high performance type boats,
such as bass boats.

The Sea Star Pro steering system is designed for high performance boats with
single non-power-assisted outboards up to 300 H.P., especially those capable of
speeds over 60 MPH and boats using high performance propellers and jack plates.

counter-rotating twins). Patented “Pivot” design allows independent engine tilt
in dual engine installations.
SeaStar Outboard Hydraulic Steering offers three models
of steering cylinders to suit most applications. The standard and most commonly
used model is the Front Mount Steering Cylinder HC5345/47/48/58. Before ordering
it is necessary to determine the best possible application for your boat, taking
into account the hull design, speed and usage of the boat. Keep in mind
that engines today have become larger, more powerful and heavier than in the
past. We offer 5 out of the box complete systems.

and control to powerboats. The addition of a Power Assist unit will
greatly reduce steering effort and enhance the boating experience for
everyone. The SeaStar Power Assist steering unit is designed for use
with SeaStar manual hydraulic steering systems and is suited for all
heavy / high torque steering applications.
