3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant 550 FC is a fast curing polyurethane
designed to seal and bond many substrates in a wide variety of applications.
Provides excellent adhesion to concrete, wood, aluminum, most lacquered
metals, polyester, glass, and stone and many other substrates. Good for both
above or below waterline.
Long lasting, permanently flexible marine polysulfide sealant which can be
sanded, painted and used above and below the waterline. One part Thiokol Base
Polysulfide cures to a positive waterproof seal. Resists oil, gas, brine, water,
weather and most chemicals. Stays seaworthy for years. Bonds to wood,
fiberglass, metal, plastic and glass. No priming required except on oily woods
such as teak.

This fast cure version of 3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 becomes tack free in one hour and completely cures within 24 hours. Delivering strong, flexible seals. Ideal where a fast, long term seal is needed above or below the waterline. Remains flexible allowing structural movement and has excellent resistance to weathering and the marine environment.
One-part all-purpose polyurethane that reacts with moisture to deliver
flexible bonds with good adhesion to wood, fiberglass, gelcoat, plastics, and
metals. Paintable and sandable. Forms watertight, weather-resistant seals on
joints and boat hardware above and below the waterline. Not recommended for
sealing wood decks. 4200 is approximately 1/2 the strength of 3M 5200, which
allows for disassembly of parts.

firm, rubbery watertight seal. Non-sagging, non-shrinking formula becomes tack
free in 5 hours and remains permanently flexible. Seals between mechanically
fastened joints on wood, fiberglass, metal and most plastics; above and below
the waterline. Excellent resistance to chemicals, weathering, salt water, and

Sikaflex 292 is a one-component, thixotropic, high modulus, structural,
polyurethane-based adhesive system. The product is used for a wide range of
bonding applications, deck-to-hull bonding and bedding of chainplates,
through-hull fittings and toe rails. A high viscous, high strength adhesive,
Sikaflex 292 can replace rivets, screws, welds and other mechanical fasteners in
building and repairing boats of all types. This remarkable product is designed
for use on a wide variety of marine substrates. It seals and bonds in one step.
Tack free in 30-45 minutes, full cure 2-4 days. Comes in 10.3 oz tube,
white only.
Sikaflex 291 is a one-component, low viscous, medium modulus,
polyurethane-based sealing/adhesive compound. This all-purpose grade is used for
general sealing applications such as deck hardware and equipment.
Tack free in 60 minutes, full cure in 1-3 days. Available in 10.3 oz tube.
